However, product photographs, packaging, colors, roast appearance, flavor descriptions, tasting notes, weights, availability, and other product details may differ slightly from the product you receive.

Tasting notes and flavor descriptions are provided as general guidance and do not guarantee that every customer will experience the same flavors or results.

2.2 Natural Product Variations. Coffee is an agricultural product. Flavor, aroma, appearance, and other characteristics may vary between harvests, production batches, and roasting dates. These reasonable variations do not constitute a product defect.

2.3 Product Availability. All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, modify packaging, or update product specifications at any time.

Displaying a product on the Site does not guarantee that the product will remain available.

3. Orders and Payment

3.1 Order Acceptance. Your submission of an order constitutes an offer to purchase the products included in that order. An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order but does not necessarily constitute our acceptance. We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel any order, including because of:

• Product unavailability;

• Incorrect product or pricing information;

• Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity;

• Payment-processing issues;

• Shipping restrictions; or

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

4.2 Estimated Shipping Dates. Any release date, roasting date, or shipping date provided for a order is an estimate and is not guaranteed. Production schedules, packaging availability, transportation conditions, supply-chain events, and other circumstances may affect the estimated date. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material delays using the contact information associated with your order.

We cannot guarantee that a cancellation request can be completed once fulfillment has begun. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.

5. Intellectual Property
